3. Eat Well & Stay Hydrated.
Nutrition is a key to good health! Fuel your body with the things it needs like plenty of lean protein, good fats, and plenty of seasonal fruits and vegetables and avoid excess sugar, caffeine, and processed foods. Drinking plenty of water will help your body’s overall function- skip the soda fill up with water! This simple tip can also help you prevent headache causing dehydration.
4. Get Plenty of Sleep.
Rest is key to recovery from injuries, your body needs time to recoup from the day and energize for the next day. Show your body love by winding down early and allowing plenty of time for a full nights sleep- whatever that magic number is for you!
